In 2022 I was applying for roles, doing everything I thought was right, and hearing nothing back. No feedback. No responses. Just silence.

Then by chance I discovered something that changed everything.

Before any recruiter reads your CV, software reads it first. It is called an Applicant Tracking System — ATS — and research suggests it automatically filters out up to 75% of applications before a human ever gets involved.

I had no idea this was happening. I was blaming the market. Blaming myself. When the real issue was something completely fixable.

Once I understood how ATS worked, I changed my approach. And things started to change.

I created this brand to share what I found out — so that other job seekers do not have to stumble across it by chance the way I did. My guides are designed to give job seekers the insider knowledge that most candidates never get.
