The ATS Insider is a digital publishing brand operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. My website is www.beatthebots.co.uk and my products are sold via Gumroad at theatsinsider.gumroad.com. Contact me at theatsinsider@gmail.com.

2. WHAT INFORMATION I COLLECT

I may collect the following when you interact with my website or purchase my products:

• Your name and email address when you make a purchase via Gumroad

• Your name and email address if you contact me via my contact form

• Your CV and job description if you submit them for a free ATS score assessment

• Basic usage data collected automatically by my website provider

I do not collect payment card details directly. All payments are processed securely by Gumroad. See their privacy policy at gumroad.com/privacy.

3. HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use your information to:

• Deliver the digital products you have purchased

• Respond to enquiries you send me

• Analyse your CV to provide your requested ATS score

• Send occasional updates if you have consented to receive them

I will never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. CV SCORING SERVICE — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The free ATS CV score and full ATS CV report are based on a subjective manual review of your CV by a human reviewer. They are not produced by certified, accredited or regulated professionals. The scores provided are estimates only, based on general ATS principles and best practice. Without a specific job description, keyword matching cannot be fully assessed and scores may change once your CV is targeted to a specific role.

I am not a recruitment agency and do not represent any employer. Submitting your CV to The ATS Insider does not constitute a job application and does not guarantee interviews, job offers or any specific outcome.

Your CV and personal data will not be shared with any third parties. Your CV will be deleted within 7 days of your score or report being delivered unless you request otherwise.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

I process your personal data under UK GDPR on the following bases:

• Contract — to fulfil your purchase and deliver your product

• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and improve my service

• Consent — where you have opted in to receive communications

6. HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR DATA

I retain your information only as long as necessary. Purchase records are kept for up to 7 years for tax purposes. CVs and job descriptions submitted for ATS scoring are deleted within 7 days of your score being delivered unless you request otherwise.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to or restrict how I process your data

• Withdraw consent at any time
